GermanyUnlimited Data eSIM Plans
Unlimited data eSIM plans — no data counting · 57 plans
Tired of counting gigabytes while traveling in Germany? Unlimited data eSIM plans promise no data caps — but the truth is most have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that throttles speeds after a threshold (from 5GB/day to 100GB/month). This page lists 57 unlimited data eSIM plans for Germany, starting from $0.70, sorted by price. Important: always check the FUP policy — "unlimited" rarely means truly unlimited high-speed data.

Germany Unlimited Data eSIM FAQ
How much does a Germany Unlimited Data eSIM plan cost?
We currently list 57 Germany Unlimited Data eSIM plans, with prices ranging $0.70 – $75.59. The cheapest is Germany Unlimited Data 1 days, around $0.70. Actual prices may vary with promotions and exchange rates — check the provider page before purchase.
Are unlimited Germany eSIMs really unlimited?
Most "unlimited" plans have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) — after a certain data threshold, speeds may be throttled during peak hours. The FUP limit varies by provider (from 5GB/day to 100GB/month). Check the plan details for the exact FUP policy before buying.
Who should get an unlimited data eSIM for Germany?
Unlimited plans are ideal for: heavy data users, people who stream a lot of video, groups sharing a hotspot, remote workers needing consistent connectivity, and anyone who doesn't want to worry about data limits while enjoying Germany.
Is it better to buy an eSIM or a physical SIM for Germany?
An eSIM needs no card swap, can be installed before departure, activates right after landing, and supports dual SIM (keeping your home number). A physical SIM suits cases needing a local phone number or a device without eSIM support. Compare eSIM prices here first — they're usually cheaper than airport counters.
How do I activate a Germany eSIM after landing?
Install it before departure over Wi-Fi. After landing, enable data roaming to auto-activate; if there's still no service after 1-2 minutes, manually select the local operator in settings. Checking device compatibility before departure reduces the risk of activation failure.
